Solution:
- Check if the Java environment has been installed according to the steps.
- When unzip the installation package, the firewall must be turned off.
- If can’t use software normally, open the "start.bin" file firstly, then open the web page.
- Change the network to check, it is recommended to use the mobile hotspot
