System issue: The IFP can't touch
- Do mandatory update. Send the issue video to the technical engineer
- Check the touch signal with the tool(Contact with technical engineer to get the tool and method), and sending the signal image to the engineer
- The tool needs OPS and mouse to use(Laptop+HDMI+touch cable can also use), install the tool in the windows system, then check the touch signal.
