Correct installation and placement: please ensure that the touch screen digital whiteboard is stable and reliable during installation, and avoid installing it in an environment with humidity, high temperatures, or direct sunlight. Proper installation location helps extend the service life of the equipment and reduces the risk of accidental damage. Here are some suggestions for the most appropriate installation locations for interactive tablets, designed to help users and organizations get the most out of this technology:

①Eye level: The touch interactive board should be installed at the eye level of most users when standing or sitting. This helps reduce neck and eye fatigue during prolonged use. For users of different ages and sizes, it might be a good idea to consider height-adjustable mounting options or stands.

②Avoid direct sunlight: Direct sunlight will not only cause screen reflections and reduce visibility, but may also have a negative impact on the long-term performance of the device. Choose a location that has plenty of natural light but does not shine directly on the screen. Of course this is not necessary for IFPD panel with rolling flat screen stand.

③Stable installation surface: Make sure the touch interactive whiteboard is installed on a stable and solid wall or bracket. An unstable installation can cause damage to the device and even harm the user.

④ Suitable environmental conditions: Avoid installing the interactive tablet in humid, dusty or extreme temperature environments. These conditions can damage the equipment or shorten its service life.

⑤ Close to the power supply and network interface: For convenience, the IFPD panel should be installed close to the power socket and network interface. This avoids long or complex wiring while ensuring stable operation of the device.

Power management: Please make sure to use the original power adapter and power cord to ensure the stability and safety of the power supply. When not in use, it is recommended to turn off the device or use hibernation mode to save energy and extend the life of the device.

Software updates and maintenance: We regularly release software updates to optimize device performance and add new features. It is recommended that you keep your device software version updated in a timely manner to obtain a smoother and safer usage experience. For example, our built-in advertising content management system requires some attention from you for the latest version update.

Avoid placing heavy objects on the top: Please do not place heavy objects on the interactive tablet to avoid putting pressure on the screen, which may cause abnormal display or touch failure.
